Each character can support one of the two nations, Capella or Procyon; those who do not choose stay neutral. The nation sets the side in the Mission War, which only characters that completed the choice quest can enter.

Nation
When your character reaches level 52 and class rank 6 and above, you can choose a nation you wish to support by doing the quest "What are you fighting for?" in the quest group, "Prelude."
When you're level 95 or class rank 10 and above, you can choose a nation to join by doing the quest group, "War Cloud". At this time, you can choose a nation other than the one you have been supporting.
After choosing a nation, you won't be able to chat with or see the names and guild names of the characters of other nations and characters who didn't choose a nation in the War Channel and War Maps.
When you have a Black Transmuter, you can receive the quest "The one who's wandering in the darkness" from the Port Lux Officer. You can change your nation by finishing this quest. You can buy a Black Transmuter from the Item Shop.
PK penalty
The server takes honor according to the character PK status (see Honor ranks):

Bringer and Guardian
Each nation has two war titles per class: Luminous Bringer and Luminous Guardian for Capella, Storm Bringer and Storm Guardian for Procyon. The Bringer is the medal of honor of whoever contributed the most in an important battle for their nation, and the Guardians are chosen by their contribution over a set period.

All 9 classes have the same names: Luminous Bringer and Luminous Guardian.
Procyon
All 9 classes have the same names: Storm Bringer and Storm Guardian.
In-game tips
- Complete 'War Clouds' quest group first to select a different country.
- You can join Mission war after completing 'Prelude' quest.
