Dialogue
Offer: Entrance to Aizhan's Room
Aizhan is calling you.
Go inside and meet her.
- Go inside. (accepts the quest)
Turn-in: Aizhan
It seems the tension between the two nations has reached a climax.
After the attack on the Sage, it became easier to find out what was really going on around here.
- Indeed.
A greater problem lies beyond.
The two nations have been exclusively focused on competing with one another for their own interests.
As a result, they've failed to notice a danger from abroad that threatens them both.
- Did something happen?
There you go. This failure is so great that even a warrior like yourself can't see what's going on.
Are you familiar with the situation at Porta Inferno?
- No, what's Porta Inferno?
... How disgraceful.
I wouldn't have thought a warrior could be so ignorant.
That this is the state of the modern-day warrior lies at the very heart of the problem.
- ... She looks younger than I am and yet there she is critiquing the way warriors are today...
Phew... with such ignorance, I don't even know where to begin explaining.
Porta Inferno is the name of a place.
It was named after the fires of hell because of the Dark Clan that lives there.
- Dark Clan?
Yes, the Dark Clan.
It is said that the highest among them have even higher intelligence and magic capabilities than humans.
Warriors of the past who wanted to test themselves did so at Porta Inferno.
- How can I get there?
It is said that it used to be nearly impossible to travel there.
However, the researcher Heil, whom you may not have heard of, opened a gate to the area so warriors could train there.
- I see.
Things were fine even after that.
But the place has changed a lot lately.
Return to me when you're ready.
I'll tell you about it in more detail.
