have you heard the news?

A while ago, a Honorable Age's legacy called Astral Board was discovered in Port Lux, one of the special management colony.

Ever since then, scientists and scholars were researching how to summon Astral Board, and they recently have succeeded in their research. I guess that Port Lux has greatly contributed in this fruitful result.

Anyways, they are kind of... well, expecting to collect at least some of the funds that Port Lux cooloy has invested in the development before publicizing Astral Board Summon Skill.

I seem to recall hearing that Port Lux is having financial issues.

So they decided to provide a special change to warriors in special management colonies that they can acquire the Astral Board License by paying a small amount of fee and test the skill before officially releasing the skill to the public.

But, we are actually not going to charge our warriors with the License Fee. Bring me some officers' recommendation letters. I will be collecting the letters from warriors, and then will send them to Sage Tower. Sage Tower will pay the total amount of license fee to Port Lux.

Does it mean that I am eligible to acquire Astral Board License?

Heh, are you interested? Sure! Then why don't you go visit Desert Scream and Bloody Ice, and bring me the officers' recommendation letters?

The recommendations will prove your qualification in attaining Astral Board License.

If you bring me the two recommendations, I will be issuing you the Astral Board License.

Let's go to Desert Scream first. (accepts the quest)

Step 1: Dunhike (Officer)

Oh, you also want my recommendation for the Astral Board License as well as the others, don't you?

Haha, I am proud of our warriors being so passionate and enthusiastic in learning new things.

However, attaining the license does not mean that you can summon an Astral Board immediately.

Remember, you must find an Astral Board Card after the license.

Let's receive the Desert Scream officer's recommendation letter.

Step 2: Henkoff (Officer)

Oh, you mean Astral Board? Yeah, I've seen that a while ago. It looked awesome.

I can't believe how every legacy of Honorable Age can be so spectacular!

As you know already, Sage Tower will pay the license fee for you if you bring my recommendation, but you must find Astral Board Card on your own. Remember that, alright?

You know, there are few kids who don't listen and always complain later. They must be rolled over a snow filed, so that they can learn their lessons, don't you think?

...Just kidding.

Let's receive the Bloody Ice Officer's recommendation letter.

Step 3: Schuteberk (Officer)

Ah, you have brought the officers' recommendation letters. Good job, my friend.

Then I will be adding my recommendation letter on the top of them, and sending them to Port Lux.

Then Port Lux will send all of the letters to Sage Tower, and Sage Tower will pay them with the total amount of License Fee.

Let's give the letters to the officer.

As I promised, I will issue the Astral Board License to you.

When you are equipped with an Astral Board Card, use the Astral Board License skill to summon or retreat your Astral Board.

I hope that you will understand the reason why we cannot provide you with Astral Board. To be honest with you, it is not an easy item even for us to get. Not only that, Port Lux had to postpone their license skill development schedule because they had a hard time to find one card for testing.

Let's attain the Astral Board License. (completes the quest)
