Extract an item, and you can obtain a Material Item or an Option Scroll. Material Items are used to craft other items, and there are also the items that can only be obtained upon extraction.
Each item has a list of rules. Each rule gives an upgrade level range (+N), sometimes an epic option condition, and the items it can give with their chance. "No result" is what is left to reach 100%. Each row is one rule, and an item can have several rules for the same upgrade level. Items with the same rules are listed together.
