The Mission Battle is a combat mode between two teams played on 2 maps: Frozen Colosseum and Forest of Nostalgia. Each map has 10 identical rooms.

The Mission Battle rating starts at 1,000, goes from 0 to 2,500 and changes with K factor 40 (200 in the first 10 matches).

In-game messages about restrictions (19)
- If you end your server connection when inside the Mission Battlefield, the match will be automatically recorded as a loss.
- You cannot move during Mission Battle Preperation stage
- You cannot go back to the Mission Battle Room
- Only Party Chat is available during Mission Battle
- You cannot enter the Mission Battle while equipping Saint's Forcecalibur
- Saint's Forcecalibur cannot be used during Mission Battle
- Inventory cannot be used while searching for Ladder.
- RW3 Warehouse function is not available during Mission Battle
- You cannot summon Mercenaries during Mission Battle
- Using the Warehouse is not avaiable during Mission Battle
- You cannot trade during Mission Battle
- You cannot move to server selection during Mission Battle
- You cannot move to Character selection during Mission Battle
- You cannot open the Temporary inventory during Mission Battle
- You cannot receive Cash items during Mission Battle
- You cannot open the Guild Warehouse during Mission Battle
- You cannot use Remote Agent Shop during Mission Battle
- You cannot use Costume Warehouse in Mission Battle.
