Dialogue
Offer: The 4th Gate
Leedy is calling for you.
Go inside and meet him.
- Go inside (accepts the quest)
Step 1: Leedy
Oh... You may have heard, but I haven't had contact with people for a while because of my research.
So... It's hard for me to trust you right away.
Even if the officer recommended you.
I hope that you... understand what I mean...
- Seeing as how you're about to cry, I'll have to be understanding.
Well then... I'll be straightforward with you.
Can I give you a task to make sure you're trustworthy?
It wasn't easy for me to say. I worried about saying it for a long time.
- Listen to what he has to say.
F-first off, then!
Do you know about the Forgotten Ruin?
Go there and bring me back some Broken Fragments.
I'll tell you why I need them when you get back!
- Do what Leedy requested.
- It's so annoying
Step 2: Shiny Mineral
It looks like something's inside the sparkling mineral.
Carefully dig up some Broken Fragments.
- Take the Broken Fragments.
Step 3: Leedy
How was your trip to the Forgotten Ruin?
What about the Broken Fragments...?
Oh, you've brought them!
Thank you. It wasn't too difficult?
- This kid has a provocative side to him.
Haha... I'll tell you the reason why I asked you to do this.
I'm actually researching something because the Sage ordered me to...
I need a lot of objects with very powerful magic embedded in them.
I still can't tell you what kind of research I'm doing, though! Haha...
Anyway, the relics in the Forgotten Ruin are very valuable that way.
- The things inside the Forgotten Ruin?
Okay, maybe you knew?
The Forgotten Ruin used to be a large city where many lived.
But all its greatness instantly turned to ruins. The land became uninhabitable.
Now there's nothing left alive but giant birds and bugs that are eating away at the civilization's ruins.
- Why was it suddenly destroyed?
Why was it destroyed?
I don't even know why! I'm not even from Nevareth, haha.
There's just one thing I know!
The Forgotten Ruin was not only exquisite in its past, but it was full of incredible magic!
It will be a huge help to my research.
- What could Leedy be researching? (completes the quest)
Step 1, afterwards: Leedy
If you want me to trust you, Warrior, then listen to what I have to say!
