The Ruina Station

Good day, warrior. It has been a long time since the last time that I saw you.

So, how have you been? I am sound and fine, and I hope your well-being as well.

I have a special story today. Have you ever heard of Muster Card : Ruina Station?

Muster Card is sort of a warrior draft notice that is issued by the polis or colony whose name is listed at the end of the card name.

Fortress Ruina is built on a small island at the bottom of Pastur Continent.

The most part of this island has not yet been discovered, and is restricted to enter, except where the colony is built.

• I see.

There is something peculiar about this island though.

There are traces of railroads everywhere in the island that had connected the island into one during Honorable Age,

and curiously all the train stations look alike as if they are identical brothers.

If we can see them from the sky, it will be so exciting.

• Does it mean Fortress Ruina is also...?

You are right. Fortress Ruina also used to be a train station back then.

These train stations are often referred as 'Ruina Stations', and each one of them has a unique serial number.

For instance, this Fortress Ruina was called Ruina Station No.1003 before we built the colony.

• What would be the purpose of having the train stations back then?

Many scholars have been researching to find the answer for the same question.

The most believable theory in nowadays is that the trains and stations were for a 'war'.

No one knows if the enemy was human or monster, but it surely would have been a long, tough war, since they had created Muster Cards to ask their comrades for backup.

• They must have something to do with a war in the past.

There is also a theory about Muster Card that was discovered in a different continent.

Scholars are suspecting that a messenger would have been attacked by monsters, and lost the card while he was on the way to ask an alliance for a backup.

We have found one type of Muster Card, and the train station very recently that allows the card owner to enter.

• Where is the station?

It is known to be Ruina Station, and you will find the station to look exactly identical to Fortress Ruina. Rumor has it that the station is infested by powerful monsters.

No one could figure out why they recruited warriors, and scholars stopped studying the subject at that point.

• I see.

You know, there are only a few warriors in continent who are powerful and brave enough to explore the station.

Perhaps that is why Sage Tower is not stopping anyone with Muster Card from visiting the station. Of course, they know that it is such a dangerous thing to do, but yet they need someone to take the risk, and find out the truth for them.
