Dialogue
Offer: Harper (Instructor)
Welcome, stranger.
Oh, have we met before?
I'm sorry if I didn't remember you. I admit that I can be quite insensitive to others, but my recent forgetfulness is caused by an increasing number of warriors that are visiting this colony.
By the way, you look like you're at a level for the Mission War.
There's nothing more honorable than fighting for your own nation.
Say, do you feel proud to take part of the Mission War?
- What's the Mission War?
- Yes, I do. (accepts the quest)
- Excuse me, I'm busy.
Whoa, don't you know what the Mission War is yet?
Man, you're clueless.
The Mission War is a war between the members and supporters of Capella and Procyon that takes place in Tierra Gloriosa.
You're a member or supporter of either of the nation, aren't you?
If not, you're missing out on something crucial!
For more information about the nations, ask others.
- Tell me more about the Mission War. (accepts the quest)
Sure thing, but I don't like talking too long; ask me questions, then I'll answer you.
Remember, the more you ask, the more advantage you have.
What do you want to ask?
- When does the Mission War start?
- How does the battle work?
- How can I win score?
- What are the rewards?
- Who's the Lord of War?
The Mission War starts at certain hours every day. If you're a member of a nation, you'll receive a message 10 minutes prior to the battle's beginning, from the System Message window on the right side of your screen.
The first 10 minutes of the war are for the participants to stand by in the Lobby, and then the actual battle takes place for 50 minutes.
When the battle is over, you're given 30 minutes to stay in the Lobby.
Is there anything else you want to ask?
- How does the battle work?
- How can I win score?
- What are the rewards?
- Who's the Lord of War?
On the Mission War battle field there are the bases of each sides installed with Sage's Ensign, and there are several strategic points around the map.
To score, you need to destroy Sage's Ensign and conquer the enemy base. To conquer the enemy's strategic points, you must occupy Legacy Cores by defeating Legacy Guardians or destroying Legacy Barriers. There are two ways of winning the battle: conquer the enemy base and every strategic points or score more points than them.
Use special items such as Legacy Weapon and Force Tower wisely to aid in your strategies for the battle.
- How can I win score?
- What are the rewards?
- Who's the Lord of War?
Your nation score is determined by the following: the number of your force towers remaining, the number of enemy bases and strategic points captured, enemies defeated, Force Towers, and Legacy Guardians destroyed.
Your personal score is based on your enemy kills, number of deaths, damage inflicted to the enemy, damage received, amount of HP/MP restored, and number of towers constructed.
The Mission War for Level 170 to 180, which is held once every week, features nation reward as well as rewards for personal score and ranking.
Is there anything else you want to ask?
- What are the rewards?
- Who's the Lord of War?
- No, thanks.
The nation reward include 10% more EXP, Skill EXP, AXP, and items from all maps in addition to the Premium Warp Point at every dungeon entrance, which usually requires a Warp Stone at 100,000 alz to enter.
The personal rewards include AXP, Alz, Buff Capsule Cube and WEXP.
You can exchange WEXP with EXP, Skill EXP, or Honor Points through Officer Morison.
Is there anything else you want to ask?
- Who's the Lord of War?
- No, thanks.
The Lord of War is a character that has won the highest W.Rank in each level range from the Mission Wars in the previous week.
A total of 10 Lords of War are selected from the two nations and different level ranges, and they are entitled to Luminosity Bringer or Storm Bringer.
In addition, they have Broadcasting permissions to Shout in all channels.
W.Rank is based on your number of enemy kills and 7 highest Mission War scores in the previous week.
You can check your W.Rank and its change on a daily basis by opening the Character Information tab with the C key.
Is there anything else you want to ask?
- No, thanks.
Okay then, do your best for the victory of your nation--it's your own victory as well.

I hope you'll learn and benefit from the battle.
- Thank you. (completes the quest)
