The corpse that was frozen into the wall surprisingly came back to life.

I can't wait to bring him hear and listen to his stories, but he's saying that he will never come out of the cave until he meets the female spirit with whom he fell in love with and that she is the reason how he came back to life like this.
A number of our patrol guards said that they saw the spirit before the man came back to life, but for some reason, she never showed up ever since he was resurrected.

Well, in our opinion, the spirit is not showing herself intentionally.
I don't know exactly why, but I think they dearly loved each other, and the spirit seems to want him to live a life again.
