Turn-in: Simon (Armor Dealer)
Sometimes I think dead people are better than live ones. Oh boy.
How can they be talking like that just because it doesn't concern them? I really despise this. Whew! Why do they run their mouth like that?
- Did something happen?
Oh, it's not a big deal.
I'm talking about those who gossip about the man who came back to life from the ice cave and his loving spirit...
- What did they say?
You know, they're saying that to realize their love the man who came back to life should commit suicide just like the spirit did a long time ago.
So when the man dies, he will become a spirit, and there won't be a problem for them to love each other after that!
Do you think it makes sense? They're simply trying to kill someone with the tip of their tongue. Tut!
- You're right. They're being too much.
Don't you think so too? So I yelled at them before coming back here.
How can they tell him to die if he wants love, when he just came back to life after being frozen like ice for a long time? If she wanted him dead so his spirit and her can realize their love, the spirit wouldn't have frozen him in the first place.
No matter how cold the spirit may be, she's just a spirit and freezing a man like that must have hurt a lot even for the spirit.
- Are you saying that the spirit sacrficed herself to save the man?
Isn't it obvious?
There is an old saying that the chill of a spirit is like the warmth of a living person.
Do you know what this means? Just like the warmth of a living person proves that he or she is alive, the chill of a dead person proves the existence of the spirit.
The chill is everything to a spirit. So the woman gave everything to save the man as a blessing.
I bet she did that wishing him to come back to life and live a happy life.
- The man would know this too, right?
Most likely he does...
That's why he won't even budge in the cave, waiting for the spirit. I mean he can't even die because he has to wait!
This is a really sad story, but he could be in danger if this strange story told all over Nevareth. I hope he makes up his mind and start fresh again soon before that happens.
In my opinion, I don't think the spirit will come back.
- Do you think he'll find a new life?
It won't be easy...But I think it would be possible if people of today just leave him alone and not be greedy for the ancient civilization.
It looks like the Colony agreed not to report this to their headquarters...I'll just have to wait and see.
I hope they don't destroy a man's life for the sake of a just cause...
- I hope not either. (completes the quest)
