Sirius says that he can interpret the last symbol with the Ancient Decoding Book. Wait for him to analyze the symbol.
Dialogue
Offer: The 4th Gate
Heil is urgently looking for you.
- Go back to Heil. (accepts the quest)
Step 2: Sirius
You must get the ancient decoding book no matter what.
Look for the ancient decoding book again.
- Go find the Ancient decoding book.
Step 1: Heil
Are you going to go empty-handed?
Well, it's not like I've promised to lend it to you...
Since you have worked so hard to bring me the Ancient Decoding Book...
I'll lend it to you just for today for all you have done for me so far.
- Oh, thank you very much!
Welcome.
However, don't tell anyone that I'm here or that you have met me because I don't want all the creditors flocking here.
And don't you ever come back here! Okay?
Here, take this Ancient Decoding Book to Sirius now!

Step 2, other version: Sirius
Oh, did you meet Heil?
What about the decoding book? Did you bring it?
- Yes. Here it is. (Hand him over the decoding book.)
Aha! So this is the Ancient Decoding Book I've been hearing about!
Good job. Good job indeed.
Go get some rest while I decipher the last symbol with this.
