The Honor Medal has 50 grades split into 5 groups of 10. Each group has a name per nation (Capella or Procyon) and a number of option slots; each slot gets an option drawn from the group pool. Medal points raise the grade.

Points to next grade is what is needed to go from that grade to the next, and total points on reaching is the amount accumulated since grade 1.
The Honor Medal potion can only be used up to a share of the points of each grade (Captain 100%, General 50%, Commander 30%, Hero 20%, Legend 10%); the last column shows that limit in points.
